I agree with tha fact, but how many "suburban folk" do you think deal on the street (like an idiot) vs "inner city folk"?

"Racist" terminology put in" "quotes". I picked up said terminology from MSNBC.

there's no need for that type of police presence in the suburbs. 364 days out of the year you could probably set up a weed stand in my neighborhood and get away with it
