re: What were your thoughts when Nixon won the nomination in 68 after losing in 60?

I was 11 at the time, so remember a good deal of it. The Dems were in total chaos as was the country. My Dad was glad Nixon won, so I guess I was too. My extended family, however, were Wallace supporters, as was most of Louisiana.
