I wonder how quickly we will know their decision. I'm guessing Friday morning. I think they will have a decision tomorrow afternoon, but won't release it until early morning in order to try to prevent as much late night issues as possible.
I have been up all night.. but I honestly don't think I'll be going to sleep..
on that note I'd like to invite the new user "pop freaking corn" to join us, cause we will need a lot of popcorn over the coming days..

Now the wait.
So if he is not indicted, will all the evidence be released at that point?

I hadn't watched a second of CNN's coverage last night. I noticed two things. They didn't cover a word of Perry's presser before going to the pokey. A conservative getting locked up? They'd usually be ALL over that.
Second, every "expert" they had on repeatedly kept saying Wilson "murdered" Brown. That 15 minutes was enough to tell anyone what their agenda is.
