re: The ubiquitous soup du jour, Tomato Bisque

Solid post. I used to work in wholesale food distribution and we sold frozen soup in a bag like everyone else. I recently ate at one of my old employers customers and the 'Soup of the Day' menu for the week read like an order guide out of my computer. There were some pretty good options but nothing beats homemade.
