What?

You don't make a second film to solve a problem that should not have existed in a first film. The problem still exists...in the first film, it doesn't go anywhere. People are pissy because they ignored it in the first film. Solving it in Part 2 does not make Part I a better movie.

But now they will waste time on it in the second film. It would have been better had that kind of scene been on the cutting room floor and they released some sort of "Uncut" version with it.

thats not why they are making a sequel. thats just one part of the story. but i completely disagree if you think they should just ignore it because they didnt mention it in the first one. you have a chance to address peoples big critique, yet you shouldnt take the opportunity to address that? thats terrible storytelling.

MoS had no time to address it unless it wanted to be 3 hours long.
