Blackjack has one of the best odds I believe, and it is easy because there are only a certain amount of ways you want to play a hand. (well unless you are a card counter)
Also try to look for the tables that have some sort of added incentive. For example I was in Vegas and the place I played at would pay for your double down no matter what you were betting.

The hell it is. There are so many "unwritten rules" that you "should" follow when playing Blackjack. I can't stand playing Blackjack because I get bitched at for splitting 10's, or hitting at a certain numbers. If you want me to play to your standards, give me some of your money and you can tell me how to play whenever you want. I hate how people expect you to play to help everyone beat the dealer. No frick that. It's my money, I am trying to win money for me. If it helps you win, awesome but I am not going to go out of my way and stay at 12 just to give you that good card to win.
