Dogfish is not expanding to Louisiana anytime soon. I email once or twice a year about this.
Here is the response when i emailed them in April.

Honestly, they probably wouldn't tell you even if they were coming until after contracts had been signed with distributors. You may hear rumors before hand, but I highly doubt they'd come out and acknowledge it.
Not saying DFH is coming to LA any time soon, but I wouldn't trust some random marketing guys email response as the most accurate of sources.
