Murry's next to St. Amant Middle School has good selection of smoked sausage and always seems to have temple meat in stock in 30 lb. boxes and in smaller packs. They also have pots, stands, burners and paddles.
When I cook big pots, I go to the fruit stand on Coursey and get a 20 lb. box of chopped onions for less than $15. Saves a ton of time and some money. You have to ask for it at the counter.
