I'm not a great flyer. Been flying forever but still get super nervous when it gets bumpy. I know that it's safer than driving, etc. but I can't help it. I drink and read and grip the armrests. 
Air emergency was the worst show ever for me to get hooked on.

I was in the military and was dropped out of helicopters onto ships and I remember one time facing backwards in a small arse military plane and landing on aircraft carrier so flying commercial ain't nothing. I could have used the alcohol then.
