Recommendation: Wine Cellar at Commander's

I'd heard about this once or twice in the past, but last night was my first time dining in the wine cellar at Commander's Palace. It really is a great experience and the atmosphere can rival almost anything. Tory McPhail throws together a custom four course menu with wine pairings, and he spent about 45 minutes with us in the room throughout the night talking about why he picked certain things and just shooting the shite. Afterwards, he brings each person a printed and signed menu.
You need a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 12. I believe there are different price grades, but ours was $150 per person. Definitely worth it for the experience alone, imo.

I've heard this is a good experience.
I guess I'll have to try it too.

Another couple set it up, but I'm pretty sure it was within two weeks. Really is something to try.
