I never said nor intended to propose anything. I am just common everyday working joe. I don't have all of the solutions to the healthcare ills. What I do know is that people shouldn't be forced to purchase something they chose not to. Not having health insurance has zero impact on my neighbors, that's on me. Now if we are talking car insurance sure, that's totally understandable. I could hit someone and not be able to pay for their damages. But health insurance? If I don't having impacts Rex not one bit.

That was true before Congress decided on a national healthcare act, but wouldn't be true now. Since the goal now is universal coverage everyone must participate in order for the model to work.
