i didnt say it was top of the line or too expensive. i just said for a 22lr gun to beat around in the woods with i would rather a $200 than $600 gun. If your okay with beating up a $600 gun thats fine lol, its your money! I like nice guns also, i have a benelli montefeltro silver that i paid dearly for "or at least i think it cost alot", and i dont duck hunt with it or even take it in the woods. It is strictly for the field dove hunting.

It doesn't hurt my feelings to get a little ding on an expensive gun. It's still a tool. I'm not buying a gun that I'm afraid to use.

Quality stuff is made to handle some abuse.
