Their story makes no sense. It ain't even about black. I don't care who it is, I'm not stopping and neither is my wife. Now, if there is an apparent emergency, fresh accident, etc, I'll stop to render aid. But a stalled car with in a populated area? dude can walk his arse to a gas station to phone for help.

When I was 15, my friend and I were returning to his house one night about 2 am, driving down Wisner, lake bound, just after Pan American stadium. Two black dudes stepped out of some trees on the bayou side, into the road, and tried to flag us down. Buddy didn't even let off the gas, and they jumped out the way. I'm sure they'd a car jacked us.
