worked there two summers. if you have the time, go out northeast entrance bear tooth mountains and red lodge. Roosevelt lodge is a very nice area. another place outside the park is earthquake lake, which is out of the west entrance. there's a cool restaurant called einos (or used to be at least) where you grill your own steaks.

That is amazing drive. I did it a few years ago in July and show was piled up 10' on both sides of the road. I guess it never melts.
