Yet they still don't charge you a fee for your bag and, most importantly to me when traveling, you can simply go online and change your flight for FREE. Imagine that novel concept. Employee could have handled it better, the passenger is a little bitch. The airlines bend over backwards to kiss people's asses, even when they're wrong, and it promotes worse and worse behavior by the passengers. Fact is,getting on an airliner is not like going to a restaurant, there's a completely different set of rules, and the customer is not always right.
