Yeah, I think he's drunk.
There's no consensus here on a variety of subjects. Hell, even most conservatives agree with some kind of welfare.
We have anarchist, conservatives, libertarians, hybrids, liberals, moderates (both parties)

I can't honestly say that there are a lot of liberals on this board, but I think he's way off about conservatives and libertarians being essentially the same.
