I figured that would happen, but at least it's a move in the right direction. Does Nerd HQ have a problem with empty seats? I've been to cons where you had "VIP" seating for the panels, where you paid more to get to sit up front in reserved areas. The problem was that the reserved areas were never close to being full and you had rooms where everyone was in the back of the hall and the talent on every panel would ask, "Why the hell is everyone sitting back there?"

Not with the panels me and my friends attended. For one they are quite small (only 300 tix available) and sell out in seconds. They are also very very well organized. Something that the comicon panels could use. I agree the wristbands are a step in the right direction, but realistically they need to have security manning the lines at night and in the morning, this would really cut into the line jumpers.
