By all means, if you have tickets to away games definitely go. I'm talking about the lame asses that don't go to away games, came to the wedding, and then said "Oh, I have to get home to catch the rest of the game" when it is on 2 tvs 50 feet away from where they were currently standing telling me they had to leave to watch the game. After seeing a few of your posts in this thread it is obvious that you did those people a HUGE favor. You gave them an excuse to not have to come to your wedding. They probably wouldn't have come anyway and you made it easier for them since they didn't have to come up with the ole 'death in the family', 'car broke-down', 'kid(s) sick', or be honest and say 'I'm not coming because I don't even like you and your lame arse attitude'.

Saturdays during college football season are not about you. They are about LSU football and watching the game with people you want to be around or even watching alone if preferred. Nobody tells me who, where, or how I am going to LSU play.
