Son of a bitch...some of you are idiots and morons and are typical for some of the major issues that plague this country.
The fat black guy dying after a chokehold? Yeah, that's one to be pissed about. That's what we need to focus on.
This video is just a bunch of ticky tack bullshite that is going to hinder cops - the good ones - from doing their job.
The driver was a being a punk bitch. The cop asked for license and registration, which is what he is supposed to do after pulling someone over. He pulled him over for running a stop sign. He doesn't have to prove it to the driver at that time. If the driver wants to challenge it in court, then that's when the police department will need to provide some kind of proof and a certified officer's testimony is usually enough to warrant the ticket.
What the drive did was stall and badger the cop. The cop never "added on" a speeding clause. He said that he was ALSO speeding. If I had to assume, I'd say that the cop was going to give the guy a citation for running the stop sign and ignore the cracked windshield and speeding ticket. But the driver acting like a douche made the cop go ahead and tack on all three.
When the driver hindered the officer from doing his job, the officer decided to have the driver step out of the car. The driver then stated that he does not have to step out of the car. Uhh, yeah you do if the officer who has pulled you over asks you to especially after starting a confrontation.
Now a bunch of idiots will jump up and down and scream police brutality and diminish the trust average citizens have in good police officers. Way to go.

Your whole rant assumes the guy did in fact run the stop sign(s). If he did not and that was the alleged reason for the stop, the entire stop was possibly illegal. However, without his recording and questioning of the cop, he would have no evidence to submit in his defense.
The cop's looking at his windshield only after the guy vehemently denies running the stop sign and saying the windshield is cracked, then later mentioning speeding could lead a reasonable person and judge to believe the cop violated the citizens rights by stopping him in the first place without sufficient suspicion or cause.
For those reasons, questioning the officer while recording was a good idea by the driver. However, he should have provided his license and registration quicker and should have been more respectful and compliant while continuing to video and continuing to probe the officers bs reasons for the stop.
