Go w/ Termidor. I own a pest control company and this is mainly what I use for termite treatments. The only time I'd recommend bait stations is if you have a crawl space that's not easily accessible in order to trench and treat around the pilings/piers.
Also, sometimes techs can get careless/lazy and not check every bait station like they should be. That problem is supposed to be solved by a scanner that scans each stations bar codes, but I've seen plenty of times where that is just ignored.
