Why is a single mother of two driving to Atlantic City (a good hour and 20 minute drive) at 1 am? The story about hiding a birthday cake and dog at a hotel is suspect. More than likely she bought the gun as a straw purchase or she was partying it up in AC.
Are you one of those cops from the movie Minority Report who can see crimes in the future? Thank God that dangerous criminal will be locked away for 3 years.
