Quick question. Isn't there a rule a scholarship player must be on a football scholarship to play football. Is foster on a scholarship for baseball? I remember it bring referred to as the bear Bryant rule. He would over sign by football players having scholarships in track and other sports. I know you can be on football scholarship and play other sports but not vice versa to my knowledge.

yes, if he's on scholarship and plays football, his scholarship has to be a football scholarship. however, if he's a walk-on for both sports, that's fine
