Les Miles, how great is he... The Best LSU has ever had.

Saban is a better coach now than when he was coaching at LSU. He is considered the best in the business, but if we are just talking LSU tenure give me Les, Saban, Dietzel

That may be, but Saban has benefitted from some questionable BCS/Media shenanigans (7 BCS Human poll voters putting Okla State FIFTH OR SIXTH after they destroyed OU in '11 Big 12 Title game),
thus paving the way for the mulligan rematch.

And also some outrageous luck (2012 LSU game).

LSU could very easily have had the national titles that Bama was handed in 2011 and 2012.

Where would Saban's name be then ????

But he hasn't and we are dealing with what is.... Nick evolved from his time with the Dolphins and is a better coach for it. However, at LSU, Les Miles has been the best coach we've ever had despite the circumstances .

Alabama's margin over Oklahoma State was wide enough to render these votes relevant. If those seven voters had voted Oklahoma State #2, Alabama still would have gotten in.
