Since I started with the company I work for I have successfully trained atleast 25 people in 2 different roles. Is this not teaching. I have to find a way to get them to understand it. sure may not be 30 kids at once but its still passing along knowledge.

Were they willing participants in the learning process or were they paying more attention to their Iphones, talking to each other while you were instructing, slap boxing, sleeping, talking about Love & Hip Hop or Bad Girls Club, combing there hair, putting on makeup and lipstick, asking to go to the bathroom and be gone for 20 minutes?
