That may be true in some places but it isn't universal. It also doesn't include the cost of a doctor visit. You know birth control is a prescription drug, right?
And Walmart sells OCPs for $9/month. That is everywhere there is a Walmart, except in North Dakota. Not sure why North Dakota though.
