Gotcha. 
I was crew member on the old style LCU's, and they kicked us out of the well deck off the coast of Somalia to chase pirates around, but the pirates had speed boats, and our top speed was 11 knots. It was a huge waste of fuel and man hours. And that was just one of the many pointless task they had us do.
