once you get picked, then its your turn to pick a team to add to the conference. then that team picks a team, etc.

We start with the two conference winners. VKC won, so he picked wiseguy with the first pick. Knat can pick whoever he wants. Then Wiseguy picks, then Knat's pick gets to pick, ect.
We could randomize it but it's a cool way to get things going.
