re: public ban on the use of tobacco

i`m pretty much agains`t any government ban on anything, i believe in the free market and i don`t smoke, right now it`s open season on smokers and it set`s a precedent of guvment intervention . One day they may come after something that`s important to me for the "welfare of the people" . How socialist does that sound?
