yeah, this is completely constitutional. businesses already told they can't let you smoke in them. I haven't even heard of a challenge to that.

oh so then why do we allow them to sell alcohol? You don't like smoke, a business allows smoking, then don't fricking go in.

completely contrary to the point of health codes as well. Those exist to protect the consumer from hazards they're unaware of.
