It's kind of weird how high up the field De Vrij goes to follow Lavezzi around.

Just a minute ago, he followed him all the way into Argentina's half, when Lavezzi didn't even have the ball. Not really sure why he would do that.

Seems like something Germany would really exploit.

Bayern used to play a system really similar under Heynckes and a little under LvG. Jerome Boateng always played really high up to try to frick shite up and disrupt any sort of attack instead of trying to play an offside trap. It works if you have an athletic center back, like Boateng and De Vrij, who can make up for any mistakes. It won't work with Demichelis.
