Based on the comments a lot of them are misunderstood.
DO NOT count on bonus money. Your salary is 45k and that's definitely not enough to move from sunny skies beach life with hot sloots everywhere to rainy hipster depressing Portland.
No I would not make the move for 10k. As one poster said, be patient. Get your resume out there. Network. If you quit and move back you won't even be able to pay for the moving expenses to get back.
Is there a reason you haven't counter offered? I'm assuming bc you don't want to risk losing it? What's your degree?

This is more or less an entry level Analyst position, so I don't think there's much room to counter.
My degree is in Finance.
