Chilikoot Charlie's, Anchorage, Alaska.
And as long as you're in Anchorage, check out the Great Alaska Bush Company. You'd never guess it, but gorgeous women from all over the world travel there just to get totally nekkid on their stage.
Captain Tony's in Key West is also a must. From 1933 to 1937, it was the original Sloppy Joe's, where Hemingway drank.

Three memorable ones I've been too:
Tonga Room - San Francisco - strange tiki bar in the basement of the Fairmont Hotel
Menger Bar - San Antonio - hosted Ulysses S. Grant in 1880. It hosted Theodore Roosevelt at least three times, most notably in 1898 when he used the bar to recruit Rough Riders, who fought in Cuba in the Spanish-American War. Other bar quests: Robert E. Lee, Mae West, Babe Ruth, Oscar Wilde and Cornelius Vanderbilt
The Old Talbott Tavern (1779) - Bardstown KY - you can see bullet holes from Jesse James when he stayed here.
