I am sincere when I say this, but time on this is time misspent for you because you are poor and need to concentrate on unpooring yourself and less on messing with a soon to be dead poor.

Back story is we did approach her and asked what the problem was she said nothing. Her daughter called the HOA and got them involved. She reported us for the fence we built which was approved. The deck we built which was approved. I removed lighting on that side of the house in case that was what was bothering her. We made every attempt to be civil and they brought it to this.

That's why I'm asking for my options now, not in the past. I'm not a bitch and I attempted to resolve this with the neighbor directly and they wouldn't hear it.
