That's why I was asking I didn't know if I was going too hard. It's not like I'm sitting here and beating him and he has no life.
For the other posters about my grammatical mistakes I do fine for myself. I'm no super smart dude but I have been in the military since high school. I do very well for myself and my family, so thanks.

Read up on the signs of geniuses at three years old
It doesn't sound like your son is exhibiting them. Mentally stimulate him but don't act like he's in school when he's not yet
Use toys for that as much as possible. They make learning toys. I can't remember what they're called because my son is 15
