couldn't say really.
my parents got divorced when I was 16. I think maybe I started to feel sorry for myself much later on though (early 20s).
got drunk all the time.
which was stupid.
lost my job.
went to rehab.
stuff like that.
Finally just got to a point where I decided I was going to do something about that. Sometimes you find your answers early on during hard times, sometimes you don't.
but you owe it to yourself, family, and friends to keep going.

that's ultimately the biggest thing for me. although, i can't speak on having answers or solving problems, but ultimately trying to fight out of them. the emotions do suck big time, though.
eta: I'm sure i'll have another bout with this stuff down the road.
