Schedule...we talking about schedules. We supposed to be the best team in the SEC, and you talking about schedule...Allen Iverson.

The SEC could go to a scheduling system that gives teams that were better the previous season a harder schedule and teams that were worse an easier schedule, but that would end many traditional rivalries and make the East-West divisional scheme problematic.

The SEC has a long history of unequal schedules. You had SEC champs who played only 6 or 7 conference games in a 12 or 10 team conference and teams always used to play the same teams. LSU would always play Kentucky, Ole Miss, Miss. State and Florida and hardly ever play Georgia, Tennessee and Vandy.
