I don't need to rebut your stupid post because the other guy already did.

This traffic case needs to be investigated to determine whether the vehicle operator was on her smartphone at the time of the accident.

It's a suspicious set of circumstances. That's obvious.

Well it's a traffic incident involving multiple deaths so I would imagine it will be looked into. I'm still failing to understand why you are so set on the reason being a smart phone?

Again, what is suspicious about this? It's a road with no shoulder, a sharp curve, and a high speed limit. I don't get how anyone that drives regularly could immediately interpret this as "suspicious" instead of another unobservant person behind the wheel.

Why is it suspicious? This area has a history of accidents, and it had just rained. Why are you automatically on a witch hunt?
