ETA: Everything you said is the problem with Louisiana in general. Literally everything is better in Colorado minus the food

Well, for people in Louisiana that only know BR and New Orleans, BR has all of that minus the termite swarms, and property taxes (only doubled) and they don't get nearly as good of food or night life. It's all relative.
