So MKT 701 is my first course in the program, and as I'm seeing many people here say that it's the most time-intensive course, I feel confident moving forward (especially since I'm doing quite well thus far in this one). That said, I'd love some advice as to the next two course choices and how to best make use of the offerings based on my personal life.
According to the course rotation on LINK , it looks like the following:
Summer session #2 options: Econ 705, ISDS 705, MADM 760
Fall session #1 options: Acct 701, Fin 701, MADM 701
Caveat: my wife is due with our second child at the end of August, so I'm hoping to do another hard one next session and a fairly easy one during the first fall session. Course advice (with teachers) is much appreciated (and yes, I've read up on which teachers are awesome and which teachers should be avoided if possible).
Thanks in advance!

Econ705 (Shaughnessy), ISDS705 (Linn), and MADM760 (Meeks) aren't bad at all. I wound up taking all 3 together in last Fall's session. With ISDS705 (Linn), it was really like only taking 2 courses so it isn't as bad as it sounds. I would get someone's input that took these courses in 2018 to see if the structure of the courses have changed with 'no textbooks'
Workload wise: MADM760>ECON705>>>>>>>>>>>>>ISDS705 (show up to the exams)
ACCT701 (Ambrosio) was my first course in the program last fall and found him to be very accessible. Course was fair and not that difficult. I don't know how/if the course has changed since last fall.
FIN701 (Vines) I found this to be the most time consuming course (along with MADM715...ugh) in the program to date. The course really needs a textbook (but that wasn't Vines's decision) but he's always doing Zoom sessions to help students. I took this course this year so I doubt much will be different if you take in fall.
MADM701 (Knotts) Was a very straight forward course with her. MADM760 prepared me for the writing with it and didn't find it time consuming at all. I think a lot of one's experience is also the coach you're assigned. I had Dr. Kimberley Williams as my "coach" for the course and she was very fair with grading and giving feedback. I'm currently taking her MADM720 course now which is very much similar to MADM701 and equally straight forward.
Workload Wise: FIN701>>>>>>>>>>>ACCT701/MADM701
Will depend on your background and who you take but this is a general idea.
