re: cooking bacon in oven

I like doing it in the oven too. Foil line a jelly roll pan and lay bacon flat. I usually crinkle up the foil before covering pan so it creates creases to catch the grease. Put it in a cold oven set for 425. When the oven is heated up, the bacon is ready.
