What's the best way to fix Youtube video loading issues? Either it will load very slowly, or load enough to start playing, then stop, buffer for a short while, then resume.
I've checked my processes in the windows task manager. Sometimes the memory will get 700, 800m 900k+ for iexplore.

The obvious answer is that either your internet connection is too slow to stream flash video or there is congestion on your internal network that is slowing it down.
There is also a known issue with IE 11 and the Adobe Flash Player. I'd suggest reverting to IE 10 or 9 and turning off automatic updates so it doesn't get re-installed. This will also fix a number of other annoying problems caused by IE 11.

You can lower the definition, although you may not want to.
