I'm really wondering what LOUISIANA law states for renters during a month to month and what is the minimum amount days notice that must be given. IF worse comes to worse I'll shell out a full months rent though

My apartment rent was gonna go up 300/month if I went month to month and they still required 60 day notice of termination
