Used his government travel card to meet with his Iraqi mistress in Europe while in command of the 173rd Airborne Brigade. Later forged documentation that he and his wife had annulled their marriage and moved his Iraqi mistress into government quarters on base. Forced his wife to get sent home from Italy because she no longer had a command sponsor. A true piece of work.
