After a quick search it looks like people are reporting that the apps will come back when you reboot the phone after you delete them with Titanium Backup. I've never had this happen with other phones but it looks like it'll happen with the One. It looks like you need to use a custom rom.

What's an rom?
Also, they don't come back.....it does light up the "uninstall" option to begin with....so I never get to uninstall
