7) CC is just the latest cycle of Ed improvements. Follow the money. Gates foundation is heavily invested in the changes. The biggest change for them of course is, computerized testing
Which of course can only be accomplished on a Window 7 or higher OS, which requires billions to be spent on upgrades by states. One of the main reasons Jindal cited today as a reason to get out was the requirement that the tests had to be bought wityhout a bid process. How nice for Bill Gates
Then in a few years or so when those devices are beyond repair. Guess what? Another round of cash in the Microsoft coffers. Which will be just about the time states will began saying, CC produced no better results than NCLB.
