Not the same, imo. Since LBJ, the tax code has essentially been a tool used for wealth redistribution/reparations. For the most part, that redistributed wealth has been squandered.

On the other hand, you give a Jew a dollar, come back and see him 10 years later, he'll produce that same dollar plus the 3 more he made with it.

First, you need to start with the original enslavers. The tribes in Africa that enslaved them and then sold them to the traders. But, that part of history is overlooked 99% of the time.
