To some, the Administration is always fricking up and any "positive' news would therfore be simply a smokescreen.
My point is it doesn't matter when this guy was captured. Some would always claim that whenever it was announced, it was simply a coverup or a smokescreen for the perpetual frickups by the Administration.

I wonder if this is the same guy who was interviewed setting in a sidewalk cafe weeks after the attack?
