I was in Tiger Stadium the other day. If I recall correctly, row 33 and down you can see the North scoreboard fine in sections 403 - 408.

In sections 401,402 and 408,409, Once again its Row 33 and below the North endzone scoreboard is visible. As for the 2 New Video boards in the SEZ Upper. 401,402 can see the SEZ-West video board. Sections 408,409 can see the SEZ-East video board. Really all you need to see is one of those.
