You realize this (most likely) wouldn't be happening if the Iraqi government had not been overthrown and the whole power dynamic within the country flipped on its head, right?
I'm not sure how this is Obama's fault. The administration wanted to leave troops in Iraq to help with the development and ensure stability. Maliki told the US troops to GTFO. It's not our responsibility.
