Really goes to show how hard the Nola market is. I get asked all the time from people outside of the state about how many new restaurants open up. I have to tell them they don't realize how many fail.

I was just discussing with someone how restaurants here are always opening but rarely close. Last time I went to stella was 2 years ago or so. I think the set menu hurt the dining experience more than it helped.
